Have you missed green? Well here’s another one, following on from the new Omega Speedmaster and also including PVD, but both in a different form.
Meet Armin Strom’s new limited edition Gravity Equal Force Jungle Green, with its off-centred guilloché dial in the eponymous colour.
The dial is made by Kari Voutilainen’s dial manufacture Comblémine, with the design chosen as a nod to the horizontal bridges of the movement. The dial side also features a striking matte black PVD-coated movement plate for the Calibre ASB19 – it highlights the green, provides a textural as well as colour, contrast, and adds a dash of modernity.
Launched in 2019, the in-house ASB19 is an automatic movement with a micro-rotor and constant force transmission. Beating at 25,200 VPH, it has a ‘stop work’ mechanism and a power reserve of 72 hours.
The Gravity Equal Force Jungle Green comes in a 41mm sized stainless steel case with a thickness of 12.65mm and water resistance of 30m. With a black alligator strap with a double folding clasp, it is limited to 15 pieces, with an RRP of CHF 22,900/ EUR 24,300.
