One of the collections for which Raymond Weil is best known is its music icons series, which form part of the brand’s broader partnerships with music. In 2016 they have come up with a surprising new limited edition musical commemoration, and one which formed the focal point of their Baselworld 2016 booth – The Maestro Beatles Limited Edition.
Featuring an automatic movement (W4200, a modified ETA2824) in a 39.5mm stainless steel case, it is distinguished by the listing of their Beatles’ albums on the dial, with a ‘Help’ reference at 4 o’clock on a silver dial.
The open caseback has a smoked sapphire crystal, the official Beatles logo, and the limitation (x/3000) engraved. Naturally, the watch comes in a special matching box with the Beatles logo atop.
A solid watch with a reliable movement aimed at the legions and generations of Beatles fans around the world, this, Raymond Weil’s biggest musical collaboration to date with arguably the biggest music group to date, will set you back AUD $2,395.
