NEW: Seagull 1963 Chronograph 60th Anniversary Edition

Tianjin Seagull has released a limited edition to commemorate the 60th anniversary of their classic 1963 chronograph, arguably one of the most under-the-radar niche-popular chronographs out there, and inexpensive as well.

This new model comes in a 38mm (13mm) polished bronze case and features an upgraded ST1901. Visible through the open case back, the manually-wound Seagull ST1901 is a column-wheel chronograph movement featuring a swan neck regulator that beats at 21,600 VPH and has a power reserve of 42 hours and features blued screws. he case-back also has the limited edition number.

The new piece has the classic cream dial, with with rose gold-toned numerals and indices to match the colouring of the bronze case. With the standard bi-compax chronograph, there is a 30-minute counter at 3 o’clock and small seconds at 9 o’clock, alongside the central chronograph seconds hands and four blue hands for the hour, minute, small seconds, and 30-minute counter.

Coming on a woven textile NATO-style green strap with red detail and rose gold-plated buckle, the Seagull 1963 Chronograph 60th Anniversary Edition is limited to 750 pieces with an RRP of EUR 399.
