The newest member of Carl F.Bucherer’s Manero Flyback is, of course, green. In this instance, an attractive deep olive colour, with a 43mm-sized stainless steel case.
Since it was first introduced in 2017, the Manero Flyback has proven to be one of the brand’s most popular pieces. This new addition has the same classic layout – the (flyback) chronograph counters, small seconds sub dial, and a date window at 6 o’clock. It has the same tachymeter scale and the chronograph functions are actuated by mushroom pushers.
Through the open case back can be seen the automatic Calibre CFB 1970 column wheel flyback chronograph movement, which is based on the old ETA 7750. It beats at 28,800 VPH and has a power reserve of 42 hours.
With a water resistance of 30m and coming on a matching olive green textile strap, it has an RRP of CHF 5,900.
