The Swatch Group confirmed the report by Swiss news agency AWP that they had been subject to a cyberattack over the past weekend, stating that they had shut down some of their systems, affecting some (unidentified) operations, as a precautionary measure.

Although the attack has been officially confirmed, there is no information regarding the nature of the attack nor what divisions were affected. There is no official press release on the Group’s website regarding the incursion
