After the bad news for Baselworld organisers about the departure of Breitling from next year’s fair, all eyes were on the LVMH Group, who had been yet to publicly declare their position.
They have now confirmed that Bvlgari, Hublot, TAG Heuer and Zenith will all exhibit at next year’s fair, but that from 2021 onwards, Baselworld will collaborate with the Group on what they are calling “new presentation concepts and formats”.
Baselworld Managing Director Michel Loris-Melikoff stated- “This is a creative and completely open process with no constraints or thought restrictions, that we are tackling together”, “Our concept for the Experience Platform is precisely that: enabling brands to flexibly present themselves to their various target audiences”.
