Vacheron Constantin’s Overseas tourbillon gets the high jewellery treatment, with a new model combining white gold and a blue dial with baguette-cut diamonds.
The new 42.5mm sized model (thickness of 10.39mm) has its bezel and hour-markers set with eighty-five baguette-cut diamonds in a mix of invisible (bezel) and closed settings, totalling approximately 3.61 carats.

The dial is a blue that is familiar to the Overseas collection, with satin finishing and a velvet-finished flange. The hour markers are 18k white gold with baguette-cut diamonds in a closed setting and the hour and minute hands are also 18K white gold, with blue Super-LumiNova®. Alongside the hour and minute hands is a small seconds on the tourbillon carriage.

Through the open case back can be seen the automatic Calibre 2160 which beats at 18,00 VPH and has a power reserve of 80 hours, thanks to a 22k gold peripheral rotor. The rotor placement, which means that the axis of rotation is not central, is to make the movement thinner. Finishing consists of a circular-grained mainplate, Côtes de Genève on bridges, and frosted wheels.

The watch comes with three interchangeable bracelet/straps. The case-integrated first white gold bracelet is fitted with a folding clasp, while the two additional straps in blue calfskin and rubber are secured by a likewise interchangeable white gold pin buckle set with baguette-cut diamonds.

As you would expect, the new Overseas Tourbillon High Jewellery watch comes with three quick change straps/ bracelet. There is an integrated white gold bracelet with a an 18K whit egold triple-blade folding clap, a blue calfskin strap with grey stitching on an 18K white gold pin buckle set with sixteen baguette-cut diamonds, and a blue rubber strap that also has an 18K white gold pin buckle set with invisibly set baguette diamonds.
