NEW: Laurent Ferrier Grand Sport Tourbillon Pursuit

Back in 2019 Laurent Ferrier entered the luxury sports watch sector with the Grand Sport Tourbillon, with a limited edition follow-up in 2020 in the form of the Grand Sport Tourbillon.

The inaugural Grand Sport Tourbillon commemorated the 1979 running of the 24 Hours of Le Mans at which Laurent Ferrier and brand co-founder François Servanin placed third overall, ten years since the founding of the Laurent Ferrier brand, and the brand’s first tourbillon in 2009.

It featured a tourbillon visible at the back, a Classic Tourbillon feature and hallmark of the brand, and was powered by the manually wound in-house Calibre LF-619.01, beating at 21,600 VPH and with a power reserve of 80 hours.

The second limited edition Grand Sport Tourbillon was the brand’s first model with an integrated bracelet, and water resistant to 100m.

Now, 2023 brings a Grand Sport Tourbillon Pursuit, with a gradient salmon pink dial with opaline finish, and in a grade 5 titanium case measuring 44mm with a thickness of 13.40mm and again, coming on an integrated bracelet.

Atop the salmon-pink dial are 18k white gold 210Pd ruthehium-treated hour and minute hands and indices, all of which have Super-LumiNova.

Visible through the open case back is, once again, the Caliber LF619.01 which beats at 21,600VPH and has a power reserve of 80 hours. It has satin finishing and ruthenium treatment on the bridges.

This will not be a limited edition, but it will be limited to fifteen pieces made per annum. The RRP is CHF 175,000 (excluding taxes).
