To mark next year’s century since the advent of Bauhaus, Nomos Glashütte, whose watches are commonly seen to represent a modern manifestation of this school of design, have announced a limited edition of their Tangente model in a stylish nine part special edition of one hundred pieces for each variant.
There are three sizes each with three colours – 33mm, 35mm and 37.5mm in diametre, and for each of these, options featuring red, blue, or yellow, in the form of a slender (minute) ring around a sketch pad paper coloured dial.
Behind the solid back which engraved with its limited edition status and number is Nomos’ in-house manual wind Alpha movement, with forty-three hours of power reserve.
These models are now available from selected retailers,having been launched at the end of August 2018. The RRPs for each of the three sizes is as follows : AUD 2,320 for the 33mm, AUD 2,510 for the 35mm, and AUD 2,710 for the 37.5mm sized model.
