It’s time for a completely new model for Glashütte Original, with the launch of the Serenade Luna. The clue’s in the name for this new women’s moonphase model.

With diamond hour marker, the Serenade Luna is available in four launch versions – three in stainless steel cases, one of which has a diamond bezel, and one in 18kt red gold with a diamond-set bezel. The crown on the stainless steel models has a Moonstone cabochon, and a diamond with rose cut for the red gold model. The cases are 35.5mm with a thickness of 8.9mm and water resistance of 30m.

One of the stainless steel models has a blue sunray dial and two have mother-of-pearl dials. The red gold model has a green sunray dial. The moonphase for all models is mother-of-pearl, and has a smattering of decorative stars.

The hour markers on all models are white gold with brilliant-cut diamonds, and the hands are rhodium-plated white gold for the stainless steel models. The red gold model has red gold hour markers with brilliant-cut diamonds, red gold hands, and a moonphase in white mother-of-pearl and Tahiti mother-of-pearl.

Powering the new Serenade Luna is the automatic in-house Calibre 35-14. With a red gold rotor, it beats at 28,800 VPH and has a power reserve of 60 hours. It features Glashütte stripes, blued screws and sunburst finishing on the ratchet wheel.

Models that on a Louisiana alligator leather strap with deployant are colour-matched to the dial and attached via a quick-change mechanism. For the stainless steel versions, a bracelet with a folding clasp is also available. It comes on a stainless steel bracelet with a folding clasp or on a blue Louisiana alligator leather strap with deployant. The red gold model comes on a green Louisiana alligator leather strap with a red gold folding clasp.
