TAG Heuer has added some new 60th anniversary models to their Autavia collection in the form of two new flyback chronographs.
Both of the new Autavia Chronometer Flyback chronographs contain the in-house automatic Heuer 02 COSC-certified column wheel flyback chronograph movement which beats at 28,800 VPH and has a power reserve of 80 hours.
They are in 42mm-sized stainless steel cases with a water resistance of 100m, but one has additional black DLC coating. Both models have a bi-directional bezel with a black ceramic insert and the black theme continues onto the skeletonised rotor.
The ‘all black’ model comes with a black dial with Super-LumiNova on the hands, Arabic numerals, and indices. The regular stainless steel model has a silvery grey dial, silver running seconds at 6 o’clock, and black chronograph counters at 3 o’clock and 9 o’clock.
The two models both come on a black alligator leather strap with red underlay, and a quick release button for strap changes. Along with the watch’s box comes a travel pouch.
The RRP of the purely stainless steel Autavia Chronometer Flyback Automatic Chronograph is AUD 9,100 and for the black PVD version, AUD 10,100.
