The Board of Directors of Parmigiani Fleurier has announced the departure of Davide Traxler, who has been CEO for two years, and the appointment of Guido Terreni as the new CEO. He will also replace Mr Traxler on the boards of directors of Parmigiani’s distribution companies.
Guido Terreni joined the Bvlgari Group in 2009, and was appointed President of Bvlgari Horlogerie in 2010. He oversaw, amongst other things, the introduction of the Serpenti and of course the Octo as a part of the successful repositioning and revitalisation of Bvlgari’s watch offerings.
The management changes take immediate effect.
